At Ultimate Globes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your globe or home decor piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Secure the Package
Place the globe in its original protective internal packaging and outer shipping box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the item back to our distribution center using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
